Short call(free)
20 to 30 minutes by video call or phone. We clarify context, goal, and scope. If it fits, I send a proposal. If not, I say so directly.

Proposal
In writing, fixed or time-based depending on the task. Clear deliverables, clear budget, clear timeframe.

Work
Small steps, regular updates, early sharing instead of a big reveal at the end. You see where we are.

Handover
Code, configuration, and documentation. All in your hands — no vendor lock-in. I explain how you can maintain or extend the result yourself.

Optional: maintenance / sparring
After the project, I can stay available on an hourly basis. No mandatory retainer.
